What is Afterburn?

Afterburn is a group fitness program designed to improve your lean muscle mass, cardiovascular endurance, stamina, and power. These classes are geared toward building strength. They're always fresh & different, and always coached. The afterburn effect will last throughout your day, well after your workout is over. Afterburn is an excellent class to take for anyone looking to ease back into working out.


No barbells are used in this program, and has less high-skill movements than in a CrossFit WOD. Classes are taught by professional coaches and are 60 minutes in length including warm up. These classes are designed for anyone, and coaches can modify any movement to the individual based on needs and limitations. 

Monday - Friday: 8am, 4pm, 7pm (No 7pm on Friday)
Saturday: 9am
Sunday: 11:15am
