Afterburn

What is Afterburn?

Afterburn is a group fitness program designed to improve your lean muscle mass, cardiovascular endurance, stamina, and power. Our heart rate monitoring system (coming soon!) provides real-time feedback for athletes and coaches. The afterburn effect will last throughout your day, well after your workout is over.

 
 
 

No barbells are used in this program, and has less high-skill movements than in a CrossFit WOD. Classes are taught by professional coaches and are 45 minutes in length including warm up. These classes are designed for anyone, and coaches can modify any movement to the individual based on needs and limitations.

Mon/Wed/Fri: 5am, 1pm
Tues/Thurs: 5am, 7:15pm
Sunday: 11:15am
