Mobility and strength training go hand-in-hand, and that's why we offer a mobility class 1 day per week. Group stretching, yoga, and mobility tools all combine with strength training to create a healthy balance and allow you to get the most out of your workout.
Classes are led by Courtney Reynolds and are held on Tuesdays at 7pm.
Class duration is 30 minutes
