All of our members have different goals, so we created classes and programs for all fitness levels. No matter what program is for you, our coaches are here to modify to the individual, making this facility truly accessible to everyone. What ever you need, Summit has you covered.

Everyone has to start somewhere. Our Elements course is designed to get you familiar with the terminology, movements and workouts you will find in our CrossFit classes.
Tactical training at Summit provides athletes military style training with a focus on building functional strength and stamina.
Afterburn is a group exercise class designed to improve your lean muscle mass, cardiovascular endurance, stamina and power, without the barbells.
Mobility is included in your membership, and a great way to improve your overall fitness, range of motion, or just stretch out after a good workout.
These group classes concentrate on technique and form of olympic weightlifting (snatch and clean & jerk).
Many of our coaches offer personal training. If one-on-one is more your speed, contact us directly to discuss what might be the best fit for you.
