All of our members have different goals, so we created classes and programs for all fitness levels. No matter what program is for you, our coaches are here to modify to the individual, making this facility truly accessible to everyone. What ever you need, Summit has you covered.

Afterburn is a group exercise endurance class designed to improve your lean muscle mass, cardiovascular endurance, stamina and power, without the barbells.

Barbell Club

These group classes concentrate on technique and form of olympic weightlifting (snatch and clean & jerk).
