  • If I'm dropping in, can I do my own programming on the side?

    We'd love you to take a class with us. At this time, we only offer open gym access to our local members.

  • Can I bring a friend?

    You sure can, as long as they have done Crossfit before. If not, please have them book a consultation call as well.

  • Do you offer childcare?

    We do not offer childcare. Your are welcome to bring your kids, but they must understand to not run across the workout floor.

  • Do you have a late policy?

    No, we don't. We understand that life happens. Try your best to get to class on time, but we won't make a big deal if you are late.

  • Do you have showers?

    Yes. We have two showers. Please bring your own shower supplies.

  • Are there pre-sign ups for class?

    All members must pre-register for classes.

    Once you become a member, you'll have access to our app which will allow you to reserve your spot.

  • Do you offer a free trial class?

    Your first class at Summit CrossFit is always free. We invite you to schedule a consultation call prior to coming in and we'll help you schedule your free try-out class

  • Do you offer Open Gym?

    Open Gym access is a membership add-on or a separate membership entirely. Open gym access is ONLY during non-operating hours and completely unstaffed.
