Sat: 8 am
Sun: 10 am

AFTERBURN ENDURANCE
M-F: 8 am, 4 pm, 7 pm (no 7 pm on Fridays)
Sat: 9 am
Sun: 11:15 am

BARBELL CLUB
Th: 6 pm
Sat: 10 am

Open Gym is available during the following hours:
6 am - 1:30 pm
3:30 pm - 8:00pm
