Community:

The fun is in the community and is what differentiates CrossFit from other fitness programs. A CrossFit gym is where people from all walks of life come together with the goal of becoming healthier and fitter.

Coaching:

Our number one priority is coaching. One of the differentiating factors between Crossfit gyms is high quality coaching. All of our coaches are at the very least level 1 certified and we put emphasis on continuing education for our coaches. Our goal is to provide Asheville with the best quality instruction.

Fitness:

CrossFit focuses on refining the functional movements you already perform in daily life like lifting, squatting, and carrying, by improving your form and adding resistance. This approach builds strength, enhances efficiency, and creates noticeable improvements in how you move and feel every day.

Safety:

Crossfit is safe, fun and effective. Our classes are coached from start to finish by experienced Crossfit coaches. We believe in the philosophy of starting athletes off slow. We want our athletes learning proper mechanics and perform them consistently before we add intensity. This model ensures the safety of our athletes.
